15 Famously Curvaceous Women

The fad of the 1990′s wafer thin model look is out, and curves are in. Unless you’ve been living in a cave somewhere, it’s obvious, this is the era of the hourglass figure and the bodacious babes of Hollywood have taken over. The criteria for the perfect hourglass figure has remained primarily the same as it was back in the days of Marylin Monroe, but now in the year 2015, in traditional American fashion, bigger is apparently always better and the jaw-dropping curves of some of the ladies of Hollywood are no exception. Whether they were born with it, or they bought it, one thing for sure, these ladies are seriously bangin’.

Kat Dennings

This auburn haired beauty has the appearance of old Hollywood glam, with her trademark 1940′s hairstyle and amazing, all natural curvy body. This girl has it all with her beautiful porcelain skill, perfectly round hips and ample amount of cleavage. When asked about how she gets that killer body, Kat admits that she actually doesn’t do anything special and actually has to try hard to stay away from junk food. Sorry, ladies, no secrets on how to achieve this look, this girl was simply born with it.

Christina Hendricks

This curvy bombshell is Old Hollywood glam brought back to life, quite literally since she stars in the hit show “Mad Men,” which is based in 1960′s America. Ironically enough, this redhead bombshell had a rough beginning in her high school years. According to an article on theguardian.com, when Christian was a teenager, she was teased and bullied in high school, so much so, that she began to alienate herself, and turned to Goth style and drama for refuge. Looking at her incredible success and beauty now, it’s hard to imagine she was ever anything but glamorous.

Beyoncé

Beyoncé is not only famous for her Grammy winning curves, but she actually created a new word in the English dictionary to describe her infamously curvy figure. Coining the term “bootylicious”   Beyoncé started the curvy girl movement early on, proudly showing off her figure and encouraging other ladies to do the same through her lyrics. Beyoncé has been voted one of the world’s most beautiful women several times in a row and those curves plus her face and amazing talent, we can’t help but agree.

Scarlett Johansson

Scarlett has every curve in the book and she has it to perfection. With a perfect backside, curvy hips and a full, curvy bust, this blond bombshell has traffic-stopping curves and is not afraid to show it. Scarlett is another Hollywood star that has the privilege to receive the prestigious reward of “Sexist Woman Alive” by Esquire magazine, and with those piercing blue eyes and curvaceous bod, Scarlett receiving this reward is not surprising at all and quite frankly, well deserved.

Jennifer Lopez

If you were up on the hip hop scene in the early 2000′s then we’re sure you most certainly remember Jennifer Lopez’s video “My Love Don’t Cost a Thing,” and who could forget. In this sexy and hot music video, Jennifer Lopez shows off her amazing curves in nothing but a tank top and bikini bottoms. Her flat and toned stomach paired with curvy hips and a “bootylicious” derriere solidifies her spot as one of the reigning hourglass figure queens, and 15 years later at age 45, she”s still killin’ it.

Selfie-sticks banned at some attractions

THE DEVICE HAS BEEN BANNED AT TOURIST SPOTS WORLDWIDE.

“Selfie sticks” have now been banned at a French palace and a British museum, joining a growing list of global tourist attractions to take such measures.

The devices are used to improve snapshots, but critics say they are obnoxious and potentially dangerous. Officials at Palace of Versailles outside Paris, and Britain’s National Gallery in London, announced the bans Wednesday, saying they need to protect artworks and other visitors.
Other places that have put limits on the selfie-stick craze:

UNITED STATES
The Smithsonian museums in Washington banned selfie sticks last week. Cameras and pictures are still allowed, but selfie sticks, tripods and monopods are not. Smithsonian officials say this is a preventative measure to protect visitors and museum objects.
Other U.S. museums that ban selfie sticks include the Art Institute of Chicago, the Detroit Institute of Arts, and New York’s Museum of Modern Art and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

FRANCE
Unlike Versailles, the Louvre and Centre Georges Pompidou art museums have not banned selfie sticks—yet. The Pompidou—the contemporary art museum whose exterior of colorful tubes and scaffolding looks like a building turned inside out—is studying what, if anything, needs to be done about the phenomenon, Le Monde reported.
Musee d’Orsay, which houses an Impressionist art collection, bans not just selfie sticks, but any photography whatsoever.

ITALY
Rome’s Colosseum banned selfie sticks last month as a security measure, both for the objects on exhibit inside and for the 16,000 daily visitors to the 2,000-year-old monument.

BRITAIN
Besides the National Gallery, some English soccer teams have banned the selfie stick from their stadiums.

The National Portrait Gallery, adjacent to the National Gallery, says the sticks are allowed, but “anything that may prove disruptive is reviewed on an ongoing basis.”

Vegas nightclub: Get VIP feel without VIP price

LAS VEGAS—Neil Moffitt wants everyone—and he means everyone—to have a good view of his new 75,000-square-foot megaclub inside Las Vegas’ Caesars Palace that includes an open-air deck, LED screens rigged with motion sensors and cocktail waitresses who descend from the ceiling to deliver some patrons’ drinks.

He hopes his latest club, Omnia, attracts not just VIPs but also regular customers.
Nightclubs—and more recently dayclubs—have become major lures for Las Vegas hotels and an increasing source of revenue as the casino industry diversified to add fine dining and shopping to supplement what it takes in on the gambling floor.

But as the industry has grown, these hot spots have become the definition of the haves and have-a-little-less: Those on the guest list and those not. Those who pay handsomely for a table (and with it, bottles of booze at $350 and up), and those who remain perched on two feet with nothing to prop them up.

Moffitt wants Omnia to bridge that gap. Though it will have a separate entrance for the well-heeled, custom booths for VIPs and you still need to pay extra for a table, the club will offer broad access and a layout that allows for freedom to move and see the action for those paying general admission.
“Here, there’s no cheap seats,” said Moffitt, the 48-year-old CEO of Hakkasan Group, which has more than three dozen nightclubs, day clubs and restaurants.

Adam Carmer, a University of Nevada, Las Vegas professor of food and beverage in the school’s hospitality program, said the concept of a more cost-effective club experience is ahead of the curve.
“I think there’s nobody serving that customer, and certainly no one saying they’re serving that customer,” he said.

Though Moffitt says he wants regular customers to come to Omnia, it still won’t be cheap to get in. Women can expect to pay about $30 for admission, men at least $50—reasonable by Las Vegas club standards. A beer will cost $10. A cocktail might run $16.

Moffitt’s club has 17 fewer VIP tables spread around a larger nightclub space than the company’s five-level 80,000-square-foot namesake Hakkasan nightclub, which also includes a restaurant. The company won’t say how much Omnia cost.

Miley Cyrus wears leather mini-dress as she parties up a storm in Vegas nightclub (while Patrick Schwarzenegger cuts a glum figure in LA)

She is known for, among other things, being a keen socialite.
So it's no surprise that Miley Cyrus was seen partying up a storm at a nightclub launch in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
However, the blonde star was particularly buoyant at Nevada hotspot Omnia - where she was seen without boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger.

Wearing a black leather mini dress with sheet, lace panels, the wrecking Ball singer was clearly in a good place as she joined the venue's bash.
She capped her look with a pair of thick, black tights and metallic-effect shoes.
Sporting a short, peroxide blonde crop with red lipstick, the 22 year-old looked every inch the international pop star.

While there she flashed a huge smile, which was the polar opposite of boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger's expression while he simultaneously had lunch with friends at a local restaurant in Malibu.
It was recently reported that Patrick is 'totally devastated and heartbroken' over the photos that were taken during his spring break trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, last weekend.
The University of Southern California junior publicly denied that anything inappropriate happened at an Irish pub and told his Twitter followers that 'he Would NEVER do anything' to hurt Miley.

Wearing a hoodie as he stepped out, he later sat alone in a deck chair and seemed to ponder his recent experiences - but Miley was oblivious.
Instead, she has remained silent on the entire matter, but on Thursday night was partying in Texas and performing onstage while self-admittedly 'high' with Mike Will Made It at the SXSW Music Festival .
Interestingly Miley, 22, and the music producer were previously rumoured to be romantically linked last summer, before she started dating Patrick, son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver.

An clearly inebriated Miley told the crowd last night: 'This is Texas. I don’t know how f***ing high you are, but we’re high as f**k up here.'
While the Wrecking Ball singer has put on a strong front, she is said to be 'super bummed' about the pictures of Patrick getting close with a his female friend, according to People.com.
Miley shared snaps of her onstage antics from last night on Instagram, including another picture of herself sat in the backseat of a car with Mike.
She also uploaded a video of herself twerking in her hotel room and laughing, while appearing to be holding a joint in her hand.
Meanwhile, her dedicated fans have been supporting her on social media, however some have taken things too far and made death threats against Patrick.

According to TMZ, some of the messages from her fans - collectively known as the Smilers - bordered on the dangerous and extreme.
'You better run for your life when you come to LA,' one angered fan wrote.
Another added: 'I hope your pizza place burns down,' while a separate troll posed the question, 'Who's gonna kill Patrick for us?'.
